It is a four step process that involves Briefing, Planning, Testing and Reporting
Before project kickoff it is essential to set the right goals & objectives. For that purpose we sit down with our clients and take a deep dive into their burning questions and develop a big picture understanding of the whole problem.
The outcome is a Requirements Specification Document (RSD) that is mutually agreed upon by our client and the project team.
Based on the objectives set in the RSD and preliminary outlook of your product to be tested (website, web-app or mobile-app), we design a set of activities for the users of your product. These activities are aimed at testing various aspects of a product like identifying usability issues, improving accessibility, reducing user cognitive load and understanding impact of new design elements.
The outcome is a Usability Study Research Plan (USRP) that describes KPI’s to be measured, research methodology, key questions/tasks/activities, participants and their demographics.

Upon completion of testing phase we carefully analyze and categorize the measured insights in tabular form. Based on our data analysis and industry standards we produce in-depth reports that bring actionable insights to light.
With our reports, we ensure that our clients have a clear roadmap moving ahead and put forward recommendations on how to effectively implement proposed changes.
FAQ’s
Before starting every contract, we document and sign all the terms and conditions agreed by both parties (clients & Ecomonus team) in a “Requirements Specification Document” (RSD). All of the work performed by Ecomonus team is governed by RSD and clients are entitled to request unlimited revisions until they are satisfied with the results mentioned in RSD.
Anything not mentioned in the RSD is not considered a revision.
All user rights are transferred to the clients for the content produced in projects related to graphics design, animation video editing. Any images, graphics or illustrations used in the design of such content is royalty free.
Clients are responsible to purchase license for any commercially copyrighted content.
We are a professional service provider agency and totally respect our clients’ privacy. We sign a “Non Disclosure Agreement” (NDA) with our clients and stand by it with integrity and full compliance.
Our clients can have full confidence that their sensitive business information will never be shared or leaked in anyway.
