User Experience (UX) Design Framework

UX design is all about solving a problem from users perspective. That is why we follow a specific design framework which involves understanding user pain points, their behavior and expectations. Following is a brief introduction of this iterative design model.

• 1st step is to empathize with users and understand how they feel, behave and react in a situation
• 2nd is to identify and prioritize problems and define problem statement to build a solution for.
• 3rd step is to brainstorm and generate ideas for plausible solutions that can happen for the given problem statement.
• 4th step involves building a prototype solution.
• 5th step is to test the prototype and evaluate the results. Based on the results of evaluation the next iteration starts from step 1. Read more about UX
